Propertied is the property brand of InvestNet Group Pty Ltd — a Sydney-based group founded by Neno Kević, a fire safety engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia with thirty years in the construction industry, spanning steel fabrication yards, the $3 billion City of Dreams development in Macau, global technical leadership at one of the world’s major engineering consultancies, and the founding of his own finance, construction and development companies.

The group operates through InvestNet Finance Pty Ltd (property finance), KDC International Pty Ltd (construction and development, est. 2002) and KDC Consulting Group (engineering design and advisory). PROPERTIED® is the name that brings that capability together.

We’re deliberate about how we grow: proving the model on our own projects before we ask anyone to join us. The brand was registered in 2019, rebranded from Property Crowd, and the next chapter is being built now — properly.
